EXCHANGE POLICY

- Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.

- A $4.95 Exchange Fee applies (covers shipping, restocking, and handling).

- Fee invoiced by email once the item you wish is received at Fairy Day Jewelry.

- Replacement ships after payment. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will be converted to a return processing.

• Items must be:
  ✓ In original condition
  ✓ Unworn
  ✓ Tags still attached

  Not eligible for exchange:
  ✘ Final Sale or discounted items
  ✘ Free or promotional gifts

RETURN POLICY

- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.
